Completely clean, very nicely decorated and updated, cozy, amazing view on the front and side of the cabin, and we loved hearing the waves all night! We felt so at home here. Loved the great beachfront area, too. The owners were so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The cabins are always very clean and come equipped with everything we need. We love being just a few steps from the beautiful beach. Cannot say enough nice things about the owners who are the definition of hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Tawas.

Message: Ive always camped at campgrounds but this was the first year we tried Cabins and I don't ever want to go back to pop-ups and public bathrooms. Coleman's Resort was the best of both worlds between a campground and hotel. It's located on the water with the farthest cabins being less than a 30 sec walk away so there's no need to pack up coolers and beach bags and lug them to a public beach.. The cabins are basically stocked with most of the essentials which was a huge relief after we realized we left our coffee-maker and fan at home, both of which came in the cabin.. The best part may be the owners. Two of the most down-to-earth genuine people you will meet. We already booked our next stay before we even left the grounds.
